It is obtained by mixing  hot water from the walls of bee honeycomb with isopropyl palmitate. The wax is opaque ,with a recognizable smell and color. It is used to control bleeding from bone surfaces by acting as a physical buffer of bone canals to achieve local haemostasis of bone structures.

Use: First, it must be softened using an aseptic technique (warming between the hands) until the desired consistency is reached and then applied to the surface. It is extremely soft and easy to use. It adheres perfectly to bone structures.

It can be used in: thoracic surgery, orthopedics and traumatology, neurosurgery, dental, oral and maxillofacial surgery.
